SPECIFICATIONS Materials All materials used in construction have been selected to provide a pen which is long lasting, can be used inside or out, is relatively light weight and is easily cleaned and disinfected. The FRAMES of the pens are manufactured from U.P.V.C, similar to that used in the manufacture of replacement windows. The MESH is hot dip galvanized twillweld 1 in wide x 1.5 in deep x 14 gauge (25 mm x 38 mm x 2 mm diameter) The FLOORING supplied is 3/16" thick (4.5 mm) beige U/V stabilized polypropylene, smooth on one side and lightly embossed on the other . The INJECTION MOULDINGS used in the construction are manufactured from a variety of top quality engineering-grade plastics. All FASTENINGS are stainless steel and will not rust The
tubular U.P.V.C. frame and the injection moulded fittings are available in
either BLACK or WHITE or they can be supplied in any combination. i.e. all
white, all black, white tube with black fittings or black tube with white
fittings.
Uses
The pens shown in this brochure meet the full range of small animal housing needs except for heated and insulated accommodation units. Uses for the pens include: transportation, hospitalization, isolation; short, medium and long term holding pens for catteries, stud pens; kittening; safe outside play pens or simply a place your pet can call its own within the family home.
